- Side Bracket Motorized Rolling shutter:

Side bracket motors are mostly used by heavy industrial and regular sized rolling shutters .There are major differences with respect to quality and design in European and Asian manufacturing motors. Side motors can also be manually operated by chain. Most of motors operated by AC single phase current but heavy motors are operated by three phase current also. 2. Center motorized Rolling shutter:
In this type of shutters, the motor is fixed at central portion on shaft and with the help of gear teeth roller, Motor roll the rolling basket to wind slats or strips. Central motor are mostly used for medium size of opening area. Center motors are AC type motor required 230v power supply and the power consumption is not more than 100v. Center motor could be installed in old rolling shutter without any major changed accept the rolling basket. Locking Options:
Bottom rail guide pin locks. Electrically operated shutters are generally self-locking.
